We recommend around 30 weeks or beyond, that way the information will be fresh in your mind when the time comes

It is recommended that you do attend all 3 sessions or the all day Saturday intensive, as each session compliments one another. If you have any queries please email us and we can chat 

Yep! You will get some key information booklets, summary resource flyers and some practical resource in your goodie bag, all to take home 

Due to our small group sizes, payment is required in full at time of booking & is non-refundable in the event of change of mind, forgetting to attend or illness.  Full refunds will only be given for unexpected early births (provided you are less than 36 weeks pregnant at the start of the course) or if we need to cancel the course. If you wish to move your booking to another course date, please get in touch at least 7 days before the start of your booked course (space permitting).  If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us via email
